Well-kept and well-maintained place, we didn't want to leave.

The room was both brand-new and pet-friendly with a microwave, we enjoyed it. A microwave oven and coffee/tea makers were available too.

Stayed for 2 nights and was impressed by this nice basic hotel. We booked a newly remodelled room with a view and balcony. The rate was $ 291. Booked the property for its awesome location right by restaurants, the centre, and local bus stop.

Good location, 10 minutes walk to the centre; balcony, coffee machine in the room, underground car park, free tea and coffee all day in the lobby.

Very small breakfast room with crowd; staff unmotivated; a small bag of laundry costs 30 cad - we preferred to wash ourselves; water drips from the ceiling while taking a shower; at breakfast a lot of plastic ; knives etc. were available in plastic and not plastic, the latter unfortunately being dirty; pool very small and with a frontal window to the street.

the hotel was overall clean, the rooms were well-appointed and pet-friendly with great views. the location was good there, by the stunning ride up to sulphur mountain on the gondola. the room was spacious and with big beds.

The spacious Queen Room with two queen beds was perfect for our family of four, great to settle in comfortably. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide range of items like eggs, bacon, and fresh pancakes, setting us up for the day. The layout of our room was awkward, as the bed and sofa bed made getting to the bathroom difficult, and communication regarding room changes left much to be desired. Surprisingly, the price felt high given the room's constraints.

Great room layout, everything looks very new. Suite sufficiently large. Comfortable beds. . . Breakfast buffet appropriate and varied.

There was only one minus point - the breakfast room is very small and you have to wait until a table becomes available.
